Consultation visit
We are always happy to arrange a site visit where we engage in detailed discussions regarding your office space and workplace environment requirements. We then take a full measure-up of the space and share samples that we think will help you in the decision making process.
Quotation sent
Following our consultation visit, we will produce CAD drawings and a detailed quotation along with product images. For larger projects we can also provide full presentations and visualisations of your room layout.
Order received
Once an order is received we aim to get as quick a turnaround as possible. We will arrange convenient delivery dates as soon as possible following receipt of your order.
Installation
We use our experienced fitting teams to deliver and install furniture with minimum fuss. This is completed by working with you, our customer, whether it’s an installation around a busy office or out of hours on an evening or weekend – we are committed to getting it right for you.
After care
We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction strapline ‘everything we sell, we support’, this means that we are only a phone call away. Our unrivalled experience means we have developed long standing relationships with reputable manufacturers & most of our furniture is covered by a minimum 5 year warranty.
